Our priority is always the health, wellbeing and safety of our staff and guests.
Covid-19 has fundamentally changed the way in which we live, and we fully understand our guests will seek further reassurances of our practices to ensure they can enjoy our service offerings with complete peace of mind.
Guests will find hand sanitising stations around the restaurant and staff will continue to undertake enhanced cleaning measures.
If you are feeling unwell or displaying any symptoms of Covid-19, please stay at home. We really appreciate notifications of cancellations and fully understand circumstances change in the current climate
Good To Go
Staff at The Knowes Hotel have successfully completed the Good To Go Covid-19 industry standard, in partnership with Visit Scotland and The National Tourist Organisations of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
This confirms The Knowes Hotel has followed government and industry Covid-19 guidelines, ensuring processes are in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social/physical distancing.
What You Can Expect
We have implemented a number of measures to ensure the health and safety of all our guests:
- Hand sanitizer is readily available and guests are encouraged to use it when entering the building and during their visit
- We accept debit and credit card payments and encourage use of these, but we will also accept cash payments
- Our rigorous cleaning and sanitizing procedures across our dining areas and bedrooms have been further enhanced
