All our rooms at The Knowes Hotel are warm and welcoming, offering a comfortable and restful stay for business and leisure travellers alike.  Our hint of traditional Scottish décor encourages you to relax and unwind during your stay with us.

We have seven en-suite bedrooms complete with showers. Five of our rooms enjoy stunning coastal views, and each room offers double (super king size) or twin bed configurations.

All rooms have a flat screen TV, tea/coffee making facilities, a small selection of toiletries and a hairdryer, as well as towels and extra pillows for your comfort. Ironing facilities and room service are available upon request.  

Travel cots and a pull-out bed for young children are available upon request.  If you are travelling as a family, or with young children, please contact us direct to advise your requirements in advance of making your booking, so we can allocate the appropriate room to meet your needs.

Breakfast is included, our guests can enjoy a freshly cooked Scottish breakfast, or a continental breakfast selection.

Check in is from 2pm. Check out by 11am.  Please contact the hotel direct in advance of your arrival if you have specific requirements.

All our rooms have a strict no smoking policy.  Sorry, dogs are not permitted in our bedrooms.  Please view our Accessibility Statement for accessibility information.
